LEZ rules for Bruxelles / Brussel — who can enter
Belgian LEZ in Bruxelles / Brussel is Euro-stage based and 24/7. Minimum requirements: diesel Euro6, petrol Euro3. ANPR enforcement. Foreign-registered vehicles MUST register in advance at the official portal — otherwise automatic fine even if compliant. First fine: €150, repeat within 12 months: €350.
